What time should I arrive for my treatment?

We recommend you arrive up to 15 minutes in advance of your treatment to allow sufficient time to complete a consultation form.

Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

What is your children’s policy?

Treatments for children under 16 years old are available on request, however they must be accompanied by an adult for the whole duration apart from manicures and pedicures (depending on their age).

What is your cancellation policy?

A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

What if I have a health condition?

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.

Are the products you use available to purchase?

Absolutely, you can continue your spa experience at home. Everything we use during your treatment is available to purchase at the spa reception. You can see the products we use on our Treatment pages.

Do you have lost property?

All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. Items will be stored for four months, if they are not collected in this time they will be donated to local charities.

Do I need to book in advance?

Although walk-ins are always welcome, to ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance.

I’m pregnant, can I still book a treatment?

Absolutely! We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.

I lost something whilst at the Spa, who do I contact?

All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. You can call on 01223 221117 to see if your item has been handed in. Items are stored for four months and if they are not collected within this time they are donated to local charities.

This place is so unexpectedly tranquil & calming – I have completely fallen in love. Whats more, this sweet little place is in the heart of Cambridge city center. So its the perfect hotspot to go and treat yourself to that extra special moment.

…We booked a treatment each at Gresham House. The manager did my treatment and Daisy did my husbands and both were so relaxing…

We’d highly recommend a visit to the hotel’s Wellness Centre. It’s tucked away to the side of the hotel in a lovely old house that’s been exquisitely renovated. It’s been really well appointed to create a very beautiful, peaceful place where you can have beauty treatments and relax to escape the hurly burly of modern life.
The staff that looked after us (Leah and Sam) are highly trained and professional and deliver a fabulous service, can’t recommend them too highly!
